Artykuł omawia funkcjonowanie przepisów prawa oświatowego, z których wynikają działania obowiązkowe i działania możliwe do podejmowania przez szkoły publiczne w zakresie tworzenia warunków do kontynuacji nauki na kolejnych poziomach edukacji przez uczniów z niepełnosprawnościami.

Summary
The article discusses the functioning of the educational law regulations, out of which there follow the obligatory and possible actions which should be undertaken by public schools in the area of creating conditions for the continuation of education on subsequent levels of education by students with disabilities. Additionally, in the paper there are results of a diagnostic poll concerning the admittance to school of students with disabilities and lingering diseases, including their school results as measured by the number of students who have successfully passed their A-level exams.
