State of digital accessibility

The website is partially compliant with the Act on Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Operated by Public Entities due to incompatibilities listed below.

Unavailable content

Non-compliances

  • Archival publications of the quarterly in PDF format starting from I/2011(1) to II/2015(15) issue do not meet WCAG standards. All subsequent issues of the journal in PDF format are available digitally.
  • The border color surrounding the Search button and the text field for entering the search query has too low a contrast relative to the background. This may cause difficulties in seeing these elements for people with visual impairments.
  • The search engine is announced twice by the screen reader. This may lead to user confusion, making it difficult for them to use the search function.
  • The focus is not visible under the active search field. This may hinder navigation for users relying on the keyboard.
  • While using the search engine, the Search and Close buttons can only be activated with the Enter key. The Space key does not work. This may hinder navigation for keyboard users.
